Description
(1) - one – 77½” diameter x 37’ long Rotary Scrubber Drum, 3/8” thick rolled steel fabricated drum, 7” wide x 1½” rolled channel iron steel support ring 47” from the feed end, 12” wide x 1½” rolled channel iron steel support ring 48” from the discharge end, (to support trunnion support rollers - support rollers not included). Feed end is 77½” diameter, discharge end has ½” reinforced steel plate end cap for material retention with 48” reduced diameter spillover opening. Drum interior has full length counter flow ½” thick raised steel spirals transitioning from 1¾” deep at the discharge end to 5/8” deep at the feed end. Designed for specific gravity separation of heavy minerals / metals displaced from lighter aggregate & clay materials. Heavy minerals/metals get caught in the counter flow spirals and carried out in the opposite direction of the aggregate & clay materials gravity flowing across the top of the spirals. Aggregates discharge off the lower end. The recovered heavy minerals / metals captured in the counter flow spirals discharge off the upper feed end. Used for Placer Gold recovery, shooting range cleanup projects, or general aggregate wash applications. This drum can also be used as a conventional rotary scrubber for aggregate washing applications.
